Before you go out and buy a digital camera for your user, find a way to be sure it will be used. Even though some cameras are not that expensive, wasting money is not a good idea. Ask your users, or photographer, if they really want a camera. They might because shooting videos is something users really love to do. Not all cameras have camcorders, they need to be sure about what you are purchasing before you buy.
